Hello, wonderful people of the internet!!!!
Hope everyone is having a great Monday! Today is going to be a mash up of school, cleaning, orthodontist appointments, and errands for me.
So…… if your anything like me that one cup of coffee in the morning just doesn’t cut it. 🙂 By the time Algebra, Literature, Elements, and the three branches of Judicial Government get in my head, it’s time for some more coffee. I especially love this recipe for the summer. Cause who doesn’t love a MOCHA FRAPPE????? It’s very simple to make, and you probably already have these ingredients lying around your house.
So I took leftover coffee and poured it into ice trays. Once they are frozen you can put them in a bag until you are ready to use them. This way, 1, you don’t waste coffee, and 2, you don’t water down your frappe when you add ice. So I used
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of creamer ( I used International Delights “Caramel Macchiato” )
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
I combined everything into a blender cup,
and blended until it was smooth.
I topped it with more whipped cream and chocolate syrup, added a straw, and KABOOM!!!
This stuff is so good, I love it. Try it out and let me know if you like it. You can always double it to make a larger size. Be on the lookout next week for a lifestyle post!! I hope you all have a fantastic week!
Victoria 🙂
I guess I am the one to say “Sorry”. I really did not see the coffee cubes! You are doing great!
